L'Acqualina is a very small and familial farm, created in 1988 and led by Christine Bereni ever since. Our main activity is the production of chestnut flour, labelled "Biological Agriculture" and "AOP Farine de Châtaigne Corse".
With this chestnut flour, we have created a wide selection of biscuits and cakes. Beside, we produce jam and condiments, crafted mainly with the fruits we have in our lands, which are untreated.
Our workshop is opened all year long, so if you are planning a trip to Corsica, we will be glad to welcome you !
